Aldrich Registration & Tuition

We welcome children, ages 2 through 5 years, who are not enrolled in
kindergarten. Children will be placed in a class based on their age as of September 1st of that school year. Toilet training is not required for any Aldrich class. Applicants are accepted throughout the year, and
admission is on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list is maintained to fill vacancies. Please check with the
Aldrich office regarding openings.
The enrollment fee is $55 for one child or
$60 for two or more children. An immunization record must be submitted at the time of enrollment. State law requires a medical examination prior to school
entrance. The medical form is given with the contract and must be
completed within 30 days of the child's first day of school.
Appointments to talk with
the director and to visit classrooms may be made by calling the office
at 507.289.3097. There are animal free classrooms available. Simply
notify the office administration at the time of registration.
We will accept registrations for the 2011-2012 school years as long as we have openings.

Aldrich provides all school supplies and snacks.
There is no separate supply fee nor requirement to bring supplies or snacks.

Kids Club
Beginning in September 2012, we will offer an afternoon Kids Club! You can enroll your child for an afternoon extension of preschool from 3:30-5:00 pm. We hope that many working parents will find this to be a helpful and valuable service.
Because Kids Club is a new program, we will be monitoring the demand for this afternoon extension. If there is not enough interest for this class on a certain day(s), we will notify parents of any changes to this program no later than July 31st.

Kids Club Rates
1 afternoon per week - $34 per month
2 afternoons per week - $68 per month
3 afternoons per week - $98 per month
4-5 afternoons per week - $134 per month

Financial Assistance
Aldrich is pleased to offer financial assistance for families who qualify. Applications
for this offering are available upon request at the office. Families with a child enrolled in a 3 or 4/5 year old class may apply. Assistance given is based on
financial need and also the needs of the child. These scholarships are made available
through a special event held each year as well as donations received throughout the year. A special Aldrich fund is set up for financial
assistance.
In
order to be considered for Aldrich's financial assistance program, applications need to be
submitted to the school office by July 1st prior to the school year for which the
assistance is needed. Applications submitted at a later date will be considered as funds allow.
Other children attend through Child Care Resource and Referral funding.

Withdrawal Policy
If children must withdraw for any reason, a 30-day written notice is required.
